Return Policy

At Amate Studios™, we strive to make the finest quality handmade jewelry findings. We take pride in the quality of our products and work to handle any issues with product quality in the fairest way possible.
Within 14 days of receipt of your order, if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of any Amate Studios ™ product, we will refund or replace the item subject to the following conditions:

1. Only product that has a problem with quality can be returned, exchanged and/or refunded. We do not take returns or refund money for any other reason.

2. We do not refund original shipping charges.

3. Product MUST be returned in NEW condition with all original bags/packaging. Altered items will not be accepted for a refund. We will not offer refunds or exchanges for items that are not returned to us.
