Supplies:
Amate Studios Base Elements Pendant Tray ™ PN 036
Melting Pot™
Melt Art™ Kool Toolz™ Spatula
Inkssentials™ Non-Stick Craft Sheet
Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel™/UTEE™, Brightz
Jewelry glue or Glossy Accents™
Raised flat surface-such as a small piece of wood
Directions:
1. Turn on empty Melting Pot and place thermostat to UTEE setting. Place lid on and allow to heat up.
2. Pour 2-3 Brightz UTEE into hot Melting Pot pan. Do not pour colors directly on top of each other. Pour the colors next to each other. It is OK if they touch and blend with each other. Make sure to put lid on Melting Pot while the UTEE is melting. Note: Melt UTEE directly in Melting Pot; use Project Pan for lower temperature melt products, such as BeesWax.
3. Lay Pendant Tray onto raised flat surface.
4. Once UTEE is entirely melted, carefully pour a thin, but steady stream of UTEE into the Pendant Tray. Use spatula to lightly swirl the colors. Note: This may take some practice to begin with. If the Melting Pot tends to be “hotter”, turn the thermostat down a little. This will make the UTEE less liquid and more controllable. If you over pour don’t worry, as you can either trim it, or peel off and re-pour!

Flat Embellishments
TIPS: Use flat embellishments. Adding Stamped images with Tsukineko Stazon Ink will add wonderful color to your scrapbook with out making your scrapbook thick. Try not to use a lot of layers, and be careful if you make the accordion any longer. If you do either of these it will make the scrapbook too thick for the pendant.
