Amate Studios Return Policy


At Amate Studios, we strive to make the finest quality handmade jewelry findings and ready-to-wear jewelry. We take pride in the quality of our products and work to handle any issues with product quality in the fairest way possible.

  1. Only product that has a problem with quality can be returned, exchanged, and/or refunded. We do not take returns or refund money for any other reason.
  2. We do not refund original shipping charges.
  3. Product must be returned in NEW condition with all the original bags/packaging. Altered items will not be accepted for a refund. We will not offer refunds or exchanges for items that are not returned to us.
  4. We will only issue your refund when we receive the product.
  5. All claims for quality must be made within 45 days of purchase.

  2. Company name (if applicable)
  3. Phone number and best time to reach you
  4. Invoice number
  5. Description of the problem and reason for return (attach a photo of problem)
  6. ​All product that is damaged in shipping must have a photo of the damaged package included with your email.

We will contact you when we have all of this information. Please DO NOT ship anything to us until you have heard from us on how to proceed. Thank you for following the Amate Studios return policy.
